INTRODUCING: Family Packages

Over the next several weeks we'll be releasing several Family Meat Packages that will vary from the Weekly Basics to Meat Lovers and Poultry Only as discounted packages to serve the community as a way to make weekly planning and online shopping a bit easier and also give thanks for the support throughout the years. INTRODUCING: MARBLED MEAT SHOP — ONLINE!

 

What should I know before placing my order?

Keeping the following guidelines in mind is super helpful in cutting down email time, and maximizing our time serving you!

  • Our new online store lives at 🎉marbledmarket.com🎉

  • Peruse each department and add items to your cart as you go.

  • Make sure you have everything you want in your cart before checking out. If you forgot something, you’ll need to place a new order.

    • You can pickup multiple orders at once, but you’ll need to wait for the confirmation for each submitted order.

  • The Aging Room

    • For cuts or portion sizes not visible in the dropdown menus, please search "custom" for the available options.

    • Add the advanced deposit amount to your cart. You will pay the remaining balance upon pickup using your credit or debit card via our contactless card reader.

  • Our online store's inventory is always up to date, so if you buy an item, it’s yours. Items will no longer sell out before we get a chance to fulfill your order — yay!

  • During checkout please select a realistic pickup time for the size of your order.

    • For example, if your order is up to 5 items, selecting “ASAP” is fine. If your order includes many custom cuts or 10+ items, please consider a “next day” pickup window. We’ll follow up with you directly if we need to reschedule.

  • Are you looking to place an order for fresh seafood? Please place your orders by Tuesday @ 9pm using this form.

  • If you are still unable to find something you are looking for - please send an email to orders@marbledmeatshop.com and someone will assist you ASAP.

  • Don’t forget — we offer e-giftcards! They’re available here.


How do I place an order?

  • Be sure to review the items in our FAQ above.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order has been received.

  • You’ll receive an email you when your order is ready for pickup.

  • Kindly pickup your order within 48 hours.


What are your hours?

  • Below are our set hours for pickups. You can arrive at any point during these time windows once your order is confirmed as complete.

  • Due to product availability and order volume there are some days we are confirming orders after hours — please be patient with us — we won't forget you!

  • Our hours are not aligned with Vera's. If you have an order with them and you expect a call/email from us, we can hold your Vera's order.

  • If you need to pick up your order at a later date, that is not a problem — please plan to pickup within 48 hours of order completion.

Do you deliver?

Yes! We follow the same process as above. Please note:

  • Delivery fees apply and are based on distance.

  • Deliveries are made using an partner service - please consider tipping your driver.
