Note: from now on ALL sandwiches can be ordered over greens (no charge) or on gluten-free bread (+$2). 

Soups

  • Brodo of the Day: Special Blend - Beef Phở - 48 hr bone broth infused with Vietnamese cinnamon, star anise, ginger, clove, coriander

  • Classic Beast - thin-sliced rare roast beef, cheddar, pickled red onions, greens, horseradish remoulade on stirato

  • Goober - shredded peanut chicken, carrots, pickled red onion, cilantro, lime, sticky rice in a wrap

  • Rainbow Roll - white bean hummus, pickled onion, tomato, cucumbers, banana peppers, arugula, cheddar and lemon-thyme vinaigrette in a wrap  (optional addition: Mediterranean Chicken Salad)
