  • Cubano - slow cooked roast pork, thin-sliced ham, swiss, pickles, smooth mustard on pressed stirato

  • Highlands Club - applewood smoked turkey breast, bacon, cheddar, romaine, korean pear, aioli on stirato

  • Pulled Pork - sugar-cured pulled pork, NC BBQ sauce, cabbage slaw on Newburgh Flour Shop bun

  • Humble Greek - white bean hummus, feta, pepperoncini, cucumber, arugula, grape tomato, tzatziki, lemon vinaigrette on a wrap
