  • Brodo of the Day: Special Blend - Beef Phở - 48 hr bone broth infused with Vietnamese cinnamon, star anise, ginger, clove, coriander


  • Classic Beast - thin-sliced rare roast beef, cheddar, pickled red onions, greens, horseradish remoulade on stirato

  • Goober - shredded peanut chicken, carrots, pickled red onion, cilantro, lime, sticky rice in a wrap

  • Rainbow Roll - white bean hummus, pickled onion, tomato, cucumbers, banana peppers, arugula, cheddar and lemon-thyme vinaigrette in a wrap  (optional addition: Mediterranean Chicken Salad)


  • Popouli - feta, pepperoncini, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, kalamata olives, tzatziki, stuffed grape leaves, lemon thyme vinaigrette over greens (optional addition: Mediterranean Chicken Salad)

  • Chickpea Stew - coconut milk, turmeric, spinach, chicken broth (served with jasmine rice)
