Introducing: The Butcher's Harvest

We have recently launched a monthly series of long table community dinners that are hosted at our Beacon location, Stock Up. Our first two events kicked off in January and February - they were a blast! Each pre-fix menu will showcase our dedication to whole animal utilization while highlighting our skilled staff of professionally trained chefs, charcutiers, and butchers in a casual setting. Each dinner will have a completely different theme and menu. Our team will pair up with local makers, farms and artists to create a one-of-a-kind experience. More information here.

Introducing: Marbled Education

The Marbled Meat Shop education program has been developed to help our customer, and any other meat-curious individuals, understand how we source, process and prepare the quality ingredients we bring in to our shop. As a whole-animal butcher shop, we work hard to educate our customers at the counter on the varieties of cuts, preparations. We believe it is important for consumers to have a full understanding of the potential in every cut, not just the most popular (and most expensive) ones. These classes are an extension of those over-the-counter conversations.
